This course is designed for advanced-level students who want to prepare for entry to an American university, to pursue an academic career, to improve their general academic English, or to prepare for presentations in the educational sector. It is also recommended for those with a high level of English who are seeking challenging coursework that includes current topics in several academic fields.
The course includes three classes of:
readings in literature, history, science, and technology
academic vocabulary building exercises
essay writing and research topics
class reports and discussions.
